Refund & Return Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may grant partial refunds under the following conditions:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund posts. Next, reach out to your bank since there may be processing time before the refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regularpriced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are nonrefundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
